Clark Dees
Managing Director, Head of Investment Banking
Clark joined PCA in 2024 as Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking. His focus is providing strategic and transactional advice to emerging biopharma and pharma outsourcing clients. Previously, Clark was Head of Healthcare and Head of M&A at Teneo’s investment banking arm, having helped launch the business in 2011.

Greg Lewis
Managing Director, Head of Special Situations
Greg leads Princeton Capital Advisors’ Special Situations practice, where he works with companies and investors navigating restructurings, recapitalizations, capital raises, and other complex transactions. He has over 15 years of experience in strategic advisory, capital markets, and investment banking, and also serves as a Senior Advisor to Ankura Consulting’s Restructuring group.

Abhay Pande
Managing Director
Abhay has over 33 years’ experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, and private equity investments. Alongside his work at Princeton Capital Advisors, which he co-founded in 2020, he is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Leapfrog Acquisition Corporation (ticker: LFAC), and chairman of Ironmont Hydro, Ltd, a Singapore-based investment holding company.

Ken Hyatt
Senior Advisor
Ken Hyatt is Senior Advisor at Princeton Capital Advisors, where he advises clients of the firm on complex international transactions, and investment matters in international markets. Prior to joining PCA, Mr. Hyatt served in the U.S. Department of Commerce as the Acting Under Secretary and Deputy Under Secretary for International Trade. Previously, Mr. Hyatt formed CMPartners, a negotiation consulting firm, where he was founder and partner, and was a management consultant with Bain & Company.
